Hello artists! It’s the Angelbots talking!
This form is a mandatory submission following our essential Artist Handbook Document! (//✚ . ^) ໒꒱ Those who have not submitted by 30/6 (2 weeks from now) will be contacted to ensure all artists are up to date with crucial event details!
We ask artists to submit:
To keep our social media organised, clean, and user-friendly, we would like to implement a posting schedule for all artists to follow. Other than the event map + artist line-up post, this will be how you are officially announced to our audience. If you do not submit this, you will NOT be collab-posted to our Instagram. The schedule is listed in the order of your table allocation, and will need to be collaborated with our Instagram account so that we can reshare your post. We’d love if you could include your AngelHub OC so attendees can get to know them. We have provided some assets for you to use if you would like to include these in your post!
Please send us the following information at least 2 days prior to your scheduled date: Cover image; Product previews/catalogue; Map Layout image with your table circled; Event info image; & written caption ending with event details (copyable text in Handbook)
At all times, a maximum of 3 people are allowed behind each table. We are highly concerned for venue capacity and artist comfortability behind each stall.
We can allow some strict exceptions for more, e.g. if you have disability or accessibility concerns & require another person to assist you. If so, please DM us.
How to register your helper:
We have some awesome collab ideas with your OCs to advertise them to AOE attendees! The AngelHub OC is due soon (30/6) as we would like to place your OC’s on a virtual map for all attendees to click and view on our website.
