Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, exhibitors, artists, volunteers, workshop participants, and visitors attending Angelhub events. By purchasing a ticket, exhibiting artwork, participating as a vendor, volunteering, or attending an Angelhub event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Admission
• All attendees must hold a valid ticket unless otherwise specified.
• Tickets are valid only for the event date and session listed.
• Entry may be refused or revoked where a person behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to staff, volunteers, exhibitors, or other attendees. - Photography & Media
Photography and videography may occur throughout the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings used by Angelhub for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. If you have accessibility, safety, or privacy concerns regarding photography, please speak with event staff. - Safety and session times
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, attendees must comply with all event safety procedures and directions provided by Angelhub staff, volunteers, venue staff, and emergency services. AngelHub operates on scheduled entry sessions to help manage venue capacity and provide a comfortable experience for all visitors.
Attendees are required to:
• Attend only the session specified on their ticket.
• Arrive as close as possible to their allocated session start time.
• Leave the venue promptly at the conclusion of their session or when directed by event staff.
• Follow all venue signage and instructions relating to entry, exit, and emergency procedures.
Session times and capacity limits are in place to prevent overcrowding and ensure the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff. Failure to comply with session times or reasonable directions from event staff may result in refusal of entry or being asked to leave the event without a refund.
Re-entry into the venue is not guaranteed, and is subject to venue capcity on the day. More information about re-entry will be posted closer to the event weekend.
Walk-In tickets are subject to availability on the day. We cannot guarantee that all walk-ins will be able to enter.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising any children in their care at all times. All attendees participate in the event at their own risk and should take reasonable care of their personal belongings. Angelhub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. - Your AngelHub Account
It is your responsibility to create strong and unique passwords for your account and to keep all passwords safe and secure.
•You must not share your password with others.
•You must not permit anyone other than you to use or access your account using your username and password. If you become aware or suspect that anyone knows your username and/or password, you should reset the password and promptly contact us.
Refund Policy
AngelHub does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in mind purchases or external factors such as, for example, adverse weather. AngelHub will offer a refund or exchange a ticket (where possible) for a major failure under Australian Consumer Law including if an event is cancelled.
If you are unable to attend due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at AngelHub’s discretion.
Privacy Policy
AngelHub respects your privacy.
- Any personal information collected (such as name, email address, and shipping details) is used solely to process and fulfil your order
- Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties, except where required to complete your order (e.g. postal services or payment processors)
- Payment details are handled securely by third-party payment providers; AngelHub does not store credit card or payment information
